Individual Therapy
When we neglect our intuition, ignore our emotions, or turn away from troubling behaviors, we can easily start to feel unbalanced, lost, sad, frustrated and stuck. Too often we ignore the warning signs of stress, anxiety, depression or unresolved grief and trauma because we are afraid, ashamed, busy or detached. By dismissing these worrisome thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we prolong our suffering and risk physical and mental illness.
If you are struggling with social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning, individual therapy can offer you the insight and management tools needed to recover and thrive.

Couples Therapy
Topics related to intimacy, sex, work, money, family, religion, and politics can be "hot-button" issues. Even the most skilled couples and families can experience a breakdown in communication that results in conflicts, mistrust, infidelity, codependency, or unbalanced power and control. If untreated, avoidance and withdrawal, empathy fatigue, impatience, aggression and an overall dysfunction can overwhelm the couple or family system.
If you are in a relationship, marriage, or partnership, and you feel hurt, lonely, disconnected or unfulfilled, couples counseling can offer you the tools to reconcile or consciously uncouple.

LGBTQIA+ Therapy
LGBTQlA+ individuals often internalize destructive and harmful views from homophobic societies, families, religions and repressive cultures. Although neuroscience and genetic and social sciences have made significant efforts to inform and educate the public on all matters related to sexual orientation and gender identity, ignorance and negative stigmatism still exists, and the consequences to the individual psyche can often be persistent and devastating.
Psychotherapy can help you and your loved ones address and heal from the long-term impacts of repression, discrimination, homophobia, abuse and trauma.
